Who can participate?
Approved trade partners only — design studios, architects, developers, and procurement firms. No consumers, no self-referrals.
What counts as a Qualified Sale?
The first order placed by your referred business worth $10,000+ USD net (excludes taxes, shipping, refunds/credits), produced, paid, and delivered.
Any disallowed referrals?
Self-referrals, consumer or homeowner referrals, and referrals missing a verified business contact or website are not eligible.
Commissions & Payouts
How much do I earn?
5% on orders under $50,000 USD; 10% on orders $50,000 USD and above.
When do I get paid?
30 calendar days after delivery and client acceptance. We batch payouts monthly.
What currency are payouts in?
USD. International wires use our bank's day-of-payment rate.
Can I take store credit instead of cash?
Yes. You can choose store credit equal to the commission value.
What paperwork do you need to pay me?
Your payout method (ACH or Wire) plus a tax form — W-9 for US partners, W-8BEN-E for non-US — completed in Account → Payouts before your first payment.
Submitting Referrals
How do I submit a referral?
Log in → Account → Trade Referral Form → complete the form with the relevant project and business information.
Do I need a Trade ID?
Yes. Your Trade ID is your unique code for attribution and payout. If you don't see it in your account, contact trade support at trade@aprilsform.com.
Can I refer more than one business?
Yes — unlimited referrals. Each referred business can only be credited to one referrer (first valid submission wins).
Tracking & Rules
How do I track status and payouts?
See My Referrals in your account for live status, estimated commission percentage, and expected payout date. We also send a remittance email on payment.
What if my referral is already in your system?
If the business or domain already exists in our CRM or has been in contact with us, the referral is ineligible. Submit early to protect your attribution.
How long is my referral valid?
12 months from submission, provided Aprils Form had no prior contact with the business when you submitted.
What if the referred business places multiple orders?
Only the first qualifying order earns commission, unless your agreement with Aprils Form states otherwise.
