Shipping and Delivery
Availability of the Products
At the time of placing an order, the product page on the website will indicate its availability. However, please note that each product is made by Aprils Form's suppliers upon request, which means that occasional errors or changes may occur, such as stock outages of raw materials.
In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Aprils Form will promptly inform the client and provide the option to either substitute the ordered product with a different one or to cancel the order and receive a refund.
Delivery of the Orders
The Website will provide a list of countries to which products can be delivered. Aprils Form reserves the right to reject orders or estimate additional carriage costs for delivery destinations outside of this list. The ordering process will provide information about delivery costs and restrictions.
Standard Delivery will be made by depositing the products on a transport pallet in front of and outside the client’s building. White Glove Service; including assembling the product in your chosen space and removal of packaging is also available if desired. Please allow 5-10 days for your item to dispatch once checked into our Last Mile Delivery network.
In case of unforeseeable circumstances causing late delivery, clients should contact Aprils Form for additional timescales. It is the responsibility of the clients to ensure that the delivery information they provide is accurate and up-to-date. Failure to do so may result in delivery delays or errors, for which Aprils Form will not be liable.
If the client fails to comply with the delivery restrictions, they may be required to pick up their order from the warehouse of the closest carrier or pay additional delivery costs. Aprils Form shall not be liable for the failure to receive products or their late delivery due to force majeure as defined by the applicable law and court precedents.
Acceptance of the Products
Upon receiving their order, clients are advised to carefully examine its contents. Before signing the delivery note, clients should inspect the products to ensure that they have all been delivered and are in good condition, without having sustained any damage during transportation. By signing the delivery note, the client is deemed to have approved the condition of the products.
If the client receives an incorrect, damaged or defective product, they must clearly and precisely indicate their reservations on the delivery note. Failure to report any damages during transportation on the delivery note may result in Aprils Form rejecting any claims or requests for refunds
